How it All Started
Tony and Alice Sanders started Sanders Supply in 2005 as a regional pump supplier. They experienced exciting growth with far-reaching sales and decided to change the company name in order to better represent the business. In 2007, Sanders Supply, LLC was renamed Southern Water Service, LLC.
What We Do
Southern Water Service provides water and wastewater pumps and pump parts to our valued customers. We want to be your pump supplier. Most Southern Water Service representatives are located in the southeastern region of the country, but we provide service, products, and prices at levels that attract customers nationwide.
Tony Knows Pumps
After graduating from the University of Tennessee with a BA and earning a Chemical Engineering degree at Tennessee Tech University, Tony was hired as a salesman for an industrial pump distributor and then a municipal pump distributor. Eventually, Tony’s entrepreneurial spirit got the best of him and he decided to start his own water pump and supply company. Today, Southern Water Service is the trusted pump and parts supplier for residential and commercial water and sewer projects, replacement projects and for customers who want reliable knowledge and excellent pricing. We represent some of the best-known manufacturers in the water pump business. We are very proud of what we can offer anyone in need of water pumps, pump parts, replacement pumps, or just dependable pump advice.
On a Personal Note
Tony and Alice have five children (two are technically adults) and are a little too busy for hobbies. Alice plays the piano when she can find a minute. They manage to find time for college football once in a while and the whole family loves March Madness. Their oldest child cheers at the University she attends and is a childhood cancer survivor. The second oldest is at the same University and is super creative and artsy. Number three is the oldest boy. He has the best hair ever and is a blessing to everyone who knows him. The youngest boy has amazing dimples and more charisma than could possibly be put into words. The baby girl came along 10 years later. She is everything the other six people in the family didn’t know they were missing. And then there’s Milo…the 12 pound Maltese who keeps everyone safe.
